The administrative center of Peio includes five small villages of ancient Celtic origin: Cogolo thanks to its facilities represents the main tourist resort, Peio is a summer and winter spa center, Peio Paese is a lodge on the valley , while the tiny Celledizzo, Cellentino and Comasine complete the scenery. They are all set at the foot of the highest mountains of Trentino: Mount Vioz (3,645 m.) and Mount Cevedale with its peaks constantly covered by snow.
